thanks for your suggestions! As you guys didn't hear the track yet it was not an easy exercise, but I'll probably inspire myself with these for the next tracks :)

However, I had to come up fast with something, so I named it "calling infinity", it's a very generic (and nonsense) name, and YES, I used my random trance name generator to find it :)

Ha, nice, then you're not a complete beginner :)

About the tracks, I would do a few things to fix them already:

- Equalise each channel (that is, each synth, each sample, because they should most likely all be on separate mixer channels). You might want to add a bit of high end on some elements, like the kickdrum, the bass, ...... Read More
- Very important, filter out the basses from all the channels (except the kickdrum, the bassline and the bass pad if you ever have any in the breaks)... Otherwise the bass frequencies will conflict with each other and it will sound very very muddy. Especially for that FX you have in the beginning of the first song. I would fix that with a high-pass filter (with no resonnance) set around 120hz at least...
- I feel that your first song goes in different directions, maybe take parts out and stick to one idea per song, there are two or three songs in the one that is 13 minutes long (most likely, such a long time is also an indication that you should cut in it)

- Get a better kick sample. There are quite some trancy soundbanks on the market, grab one you like and use their kickdrums and drums, they are a bit fresher than the old standard eurodance kick...
- Fix the bassline sound, maybe put it an octave higher? I think it's too low, and the human ear can barely hear it. So, it's just making the sound tend... Read More to saturate for nothing. An octave higher would sound more clean, and maybe you can equalise it a bit to push the low frequencies if you feel it has lost its warmth and power.

About getting gigs, I don't know, man, if I knew I would be touring the world at the moment :p I guess that either you go for the local parties where you have to stick to what average people wanna hear, either you go for the real trance thing that you can't play anywhere unless you're a famous producer that is booked for a huge event... which I am not, at the moment. I would say that probably you might first get through with your productions and then get noticed as DJ

Haha thanks :) I had actually no issues at all with the install, I was able to install it on both my laptop and my producing PC without an issue... Well, I knew already how to install a licence on the USB dongle, as the reFX Nexus² and Korg Legacy VSTi's use that system as well :) But thanks for the support, he :)
