Fuller was in jail for criminal sexual abuse with force and burglary. He is black, 6-feet-3 and 220 pounds. Cook was jailed for violating an order of protection and battery. He is white, 6-feet-1 and 180 pounds. Both could be wearing black-and-white stripped prison garb.

Firefighters were dispatched to 912 W. McClure Ave. about 4:15 a.m. and had the fire under control in about five minutes. But damage was estimated at $75,000 to the house and $35,000 to contents.
