James E. Fuller, 44, charged with the sexual assault of three women, remained at large Tuesday night. Police believe Fuller is still in Peoria.

Fuller was in jail for criminal sexual abuse with force and burglary. He is black, 6-feet-3 and 220 pounds. Cook was jailed for violating an order of protection and battery. He is white, 6-feet-1 and 180 pounds. Both could be wearing black-and-white stripped prison garb.
