Joy! Hi! I hope you are doing well! So...I was wondering...do you have a super fantastic Pecan Pie recipe you can pass along? I have a couple that I have made in the past and have never really been wowed by them...I'd love to make a pecan pie that deserves a wowie wow WOW this year! :) Any suggestions?

Hi Joy, How are you? I have a question which I'm hoping you can help answer....
You see I love cheesecake but when I make one I have to give half away or end up eating it practically by myself...which isn't all that good for the waistline & then there are times I'd love a slice but don't want to have to make one then wa...it a day before I can have it.
So my question is - Is there a way to freeze homemade cheescake without it going funny in the freezer?

Joy! I made your Apple Pie yesterday! You're right--requires some love, because it definitely isn't a quick fix. But totally worth it...seriously.

Vegan Pumpkin Bread is soooo good! I used pecans and LOVED it.
(In case you were curious, I also tried a separate batch with gluten-free flour....it's....different. Didn't hold together very well and did not have the same bread-like texture.)
