Melissa Hamilton Wow, and I thought I couldn't get any more homesick for California. I was wrong. Thanks so much for posting the Sierra Nevada photos. California is heartbreakingly beautiful, isn't it? I have your soaps and sachets, so my house may look like a house in the Deep South, but it smells like California, and that is a very good thing!

Susan I bought your Christmas Fir sachet and I put it next to my pillow. It is the best!

Louise saw your add for the pine sachet in house beautiful mag and can't wait to get some for myself and friends and relatives....it will surely add the magic of the nw pine forests to the gray landscape destined to arrive in the northeast in a few weeks

After a long day of visiting stores, I pulled into a cozy cabin-style hotel in the Santa Cruz Mountains to spend the night. As luck would have it, they were busy trimming their California Bay trees! So I did what any normal wildcrafting-soapmaking-hippie-entrepren uer would do, I loaded it into the back of the family v...an. I drive my wife crazy whenever I do this kind of thing, but what am I supposed to do? It's the easiest wildcrafting in the world, the boughs are already pruned and on the ground, all I need to do is pick them up. Yes the van is a little bit dirty and has taken on a bit of terrarium-like atmosphere with all the leftover leaves, little green crawlies and spider webs, but think of all the great Bay Laurel soap I'll make with this!Read More

Lorraine Jones I love your products and I originally found them at the Theodore Payne Native Plant nursery. I have a native garden and I buy plants from the all the time. I also have a blog about my adventures in gardening as a neophyte!

Silke Jakob URGENT - your biggest german fan (a flight attendant:-)) is looking for a store in s.f. that sells your lovely products....can´t imagine a single flight without your tea - it´s soooooo soothing and warming on the overseas....thank you so much for making my nights....

The holiday season is always a challenging time of year here at Juniper Ridge, so I was so thrilled to escape to the Sierra this past weekend for a much needed mini-vacation. Me, my wife and our little girl stayed in a cozy cabin, played poker with our friends at night, trick-or-treated in spooky victorian-goldrush-era... Downieville, spent an afternoon catching frogs and I spent a glorious day hiking by myself and lake-hopping my way through the Sierra Buttes lake basin - check out the pics here. Now I'm relaxed, rejuvinated and ready to take on the busy holiday season - bring it!
