no moment really sticks out for me, but I hope and pray that 2010 will bring happier moments and that I can quit smoking...but if I had to choose one moment it would be that I had quit drinking Diet Pepsi, and now I'm 4 months diet Pepsi free, and if you know me, that is a really big,big thing for me I drank Diet Pepsi for 15 years, could not go ... See Morewithout it, everywhere I went my bottle went with me, and heaven forbid if I went without, because there would be hell to pay, and then I got sick and my stomach hurt all the time and I knew it had to be that, I went to see the doctors and it really scared me, I took tests and when I got home without knowing the results of the tests I just plain out quit, and never looked back, and I'm so very proud of that, and today my stomach doesn't hurt anymore, but I can not drink juice or any other pop, because I will feel the pain, I guess we don't realize the consequences of our actions when it comes to our bodies, but now I concentrating on one other thing and that is to quit smoking, I will do it, and it will happen...

how come we can only listen to Ryan Seacrest once a year rather than once a week like other stations? He produces a Top 40 countdown show usually played on the weekends.....
