Kansas Arts Commission The 2011 Kansas Arts on Tour Roster Guidelines and Applications are now available. The Kansas Arts Commission supports performances, exhibitions, workshops and presentations by artists who appear on the Roster by funding presenting organizations up to 40% of the artist fees.
