Lacey Miller I cannot get through to the email address "customerservice@kashless.org" I keep getting it returned. I am getting quite annoyed with how hard it is to contact customer service. I am not getting my points from Kashless turned over to my RecycleBank account. I have also not received my points for signing up for the rewar...ds program. The only reason I use Kashless vs. freecycle is because of the points and they aren't even working. I hope this can be resolved because this looks like an awesome opportunity. Hope it's not too good to be true....

it is a program that they ARE NO LONGER HONORING so don't waste your time. Kashless members were SUPPOSED to be able to earn points on kashless and be able to transfer them to recyclebank(where you already get 100 points for signing up) and you can redeem the points for rewards.

Hi Carin and Ariana. That's actually not quite true. We did have to put a pause on our program for about a week and unfortunately some points were lost due to a but in the system, but our new rewards program is up and running and people are already earning lots of new points and redeeming them at RecycleBank. Kashless gave out over 1,000,000 ... See Morepoints to our members in the past two months.

Brandon - if you're having trouble redeeming your points or they're not showing up can you send a detailed email to customerservice@Kashless.org please? I'll try to get that fixed or explained for you asap.
