We had great success at the Berry Patch.

I've heard that there's a bumper crop this year!!

It's the best year I've seen since I've been going (about 7 years). You can pick them a handful at a time. Be sure to go really early when it's cooler.

Read your post on the web page. My mom worked at the Pepsi plant across the street from the zoo. My dad was off work on Mondays so we would go early to pick her up from work and spend an hour or two at the zoo. I certainly remember the Hippo and riding the train and of course the big blue concrete whale.

Do you remember the polar bear (and other bear) cages? I think they're bringing polar bears back in a few years - probably in a more friendly habitat than the black iron bars they used to have!

I've always had a weird crush on Anthony too!!!!!!Although he kinda looks like he's had some plastic surgery recently - I can't quite figure it out!
