It was very crowded at the afternoon session, and very hard to see the demo. I would really recommend trying to get a better room! It would have been nice had your demo been done on a raised stage of some sort, and the screen for the camera higher. We were in back, and could barely see anything! I did pick up a few good tidbits that I will use...I never thought of using my rolling pin as a size comparison for my dough!

I enjoyed both demo's on Thursday. I can't wait to make sweet bread this weekend and pies this Thanksgiving. This was the second time I attended a KAF demo. I had attended a demo a few years ago in New Mexico when I was visiting my mother. I almost didn't go because I had attended a sweet dough demo before. I was excited to learn more and pick-up addition tips the second time around just as I did the first time.
