Hi Jacqueline, My background is in consumer trade publishing so I'm afraid I don't have an answer for you on this one. Let's shout out to the braintrust here and see if anyone has a resource. Anyone have experience or know someone with experience in publishing dissertations?

Oprah's Angel Network published the preface of a "how-to-cope..." book I'm in the process of writing and it gave me not only a boost, but a bit of validation as well. I plan to sequester myself in February after my next focus group (for the book). I plan to self-publish, unless an offer falls from the sky, but wonder if I should do both an e-book and a printed book, or just one. Any advice?
