Our Big Warm-up project all started in Boston. Check out the kick-off event pics featuring 768 figures - each representing 10 of Boston’s 7,681 homeless men, women and children. As coats are donated, each figure will receive a warm red heart symbolizing 10 people that will be warmer this winter. Our job isn’t finished ...until every heart is warmed.
