97 dogs were rescued from terrible conditions in Canada by Humane Society International (and the HSUS Emergency Services Team) and SPCA in Quebec.
4 of them came to LDCRF, one of whom is pregnant and will be having her pups in the safety of a wonderful foster home! Stay Tuned for updates and more photos!
