In February 2009, a DVD was produced to provide training for priesthood leaders and Relief Society presidencies on basic principles of welfare and self-reliance. The DVD includes messages from Elder Robert D. Hales, Sister Julie B. Beck, Bishop H. David Burton, and President Thomas S. Monson.
