Valerie Orsoni [NUTRITION ENGLISH] Did you know that the average Thanksgiving dinner is about 3,000 calories? That's about one pound of fat right there! However, instead of telling my clients to limit their caloric intake on that particular meal I prefer to tell them to splurge then and move more (and in an intelligent manner) after......of course NO LEFT OVERS....you freeze them, you give them away but you don't bring any at home :)
