Let's Play Ball Campaign

Add Some Color, Simpson University, Major League Baseball Players Association, Baseball Tomorrow, City of Redding, Colt 45’s and Redding Vipers have partnered together to construct the Redding Community Baseball field. The Redding Community Baseball field promotes youth baseball, collegiate baseball, and provides a new, safe, alcohol and drug free venue for baseball and local events.

This fall the Redding Community Baseball Field Committee is submitting an application to the Pepsi Refresh Project for a grant to complete the funding necessary for the baseball field and we need your votes. Grants are awarded from the Pepsi Refresh Project based on the number of votes a project receives. The Redding Community Baseball Field Committee will be launching a promotional campaign this summer called “Let’s Play Ball” to promote the baseball field project, gain awareness, encourage people to join our facebook page and vote for Redding’s baseball field in the fall.

Each time an individual votes for the Redding Community Baseball Field they will be entered into a drawing to win 1 of 4 Apple iPads. The more you vote the more chances you have to win an Apple iPad. Voting will occur for the duration of one month. Voting month be announced soon!

During fall of 2010 we need YOU to VOTE for the Redding Community Baseball Field* once a day each day for an entire month. Each time you vote you’ll be entered into a drawing to win an Apple iPad.
