Further to my above comment, if said surveillence was initiated by either a, a petty vendetta or b., a wish to use all the powers certain bodies believe they have to derial a justified court case, this means that the act is being misused and there are laws governing the misuse of legislation, the right to know issue threfore would become extraneous... See More as the misuse of powers I believe is also a statury legal set which would override any obligations of secrecy conjured up by a bunch of bent councillors. However, I could be wrong, but that's what the high court is for nec'st pa's?
