LLS Central Ohio LLS Central Ohio offers 12 patient and family support groups, including groups in Springfield and Lima. These groups were attended by over 1,200 patients last year. For more information, please contact Mike Uscio at mike.uscio@lls.org.
LLS Central Ohio LLS is working to help overcome a key barrier in getting patients into clinical trials-developing novel models that bring trials into the communities where patients live.
LLS Central Ohio DID YOU KNOW...an LLS-funded researcher developed Gleevec, a pill for chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML). Now, 95% of newly diagnosed, chronic-phase CML patients survive more than five years with good quality of life.

The Kroger Community Rewards program lets you register your Kroger Plus Shopper’s Card on www.krogercommunityrewards.com and select LLS as your charity of choice. Kroger will issue donations to us quarterly for 5% of the purchases from Kroger Plus Shopper’s Cards linked to LLS.

•On the home page, click on your state (for most of us, this will be Ohio).
•On the next page, click on Sign In/Register under the word Welcome at the top right of the page.
•On the next page, enter your email address and select a password.
•On the next page, under the word Participant, click on Enroll
•On the next page, Step 1 of 3 is to enter your Kroger Plus Shopper’s Card number, found on the back of your Plus card. Then click Save Changes.
•On the next page, Step 2 of 3 is to provide your address and phone number, then click on Save Changes.
•On the next page, Step 3 of 3 is to enter our number 82253 in Find Your Organization, then press Search. You will see The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society name appear in Select Your Organization. Save your selection at the bottom of the page, and you’re ready to start shopping on May 1.
