Lookingglass Theatre Company This week was the 2010-2011 season decision ensemble retreat. Ensemble members from all corners of the country convened in Chicago to hear the projects up for consideration. At the end of the week, the ensemble votes on which shows should be produced. Lookingglass is the largest company in the U.S. that uses a democratic season decision system.
