when I first started with this app it was great. but over the last couple of days something weird has happened . it curruntly says that my calorie budget for the day is398,216,861,794. i did 40 minutes of elliptical and it says I used 147,483,647 calories. I can not get inot the goals section - help

Sandra P Gonzalez Yesterday I worked out and ended up with 463 excercise calories to eat. By the end of the day I had 400 calories left. This morning I'm 1 lb over! Am I doing something wrong? My normal calorie intake is 1127.

You have to make sure you eat. Try to be close to target calories. Try Several small meals throughout the day to help you get your metabolism going. Oatmeal breakfast, apple snack, then lunch, snack ect. Cardio cardio cardio to lose the weight. Good luck

Sometimes you just need to poop. Don't worry. It'll come down. I agree, you need to eat. Don't try to lose too much per week. I wouldn't go below 1200 calories per day.

Marla Hanlon I love this app. It is so easy to keep track especially once you get it established. I also have a couple of suggestions. 1st I would like to be able to put in my own calorie amount (working with a doctor). 2nd, adding the Great Value Brand from Walmart and Fit N Active brand from Aldi.
I have even recommended this app at my weight loss class.

You can adjust your calorie budget by going into the goals tab > modify program > daily calorie budget > adjustment.

My brother did this because he is paraplegic and doesn't burn as many calories as an able-bodied person. He has lost more than 20 pounds and is now in maintenance.

Maria Brucculeri Giustino This application is worth the price of the Iphone! Only annoying thing is that if you want to plan ahead for the next day, you can log it in yet. So if I have a lunch planned, I'm sticking post-its with the calorie count on my tupperware in the fridge so I don't forget it. Truly an eye opening...changed the whole way I grocery shop!

Hi. May I ask how the program has or will adjust to keep you at your desired weight once you reach it? I know as you lose the amount of daily calories decreases. I have lost 24 lbs and have about 60 to go.

Suggestion. I have seen this mentioned before but want to remind the beloved creators.

I would like to be able to put in tomorrow's meal today.
