I have seemed to have plateaued at 24 lbs. I have been at my current weight for two weeks now. Not sure why. I have been sticking with it and walking everyday. I hope the weight loss starts again soon. Any suggestions?

You may want to try changing up your exercise routine and don't forget to take in enough protein to keep your metabolism up. :)

No program is perfect... it may be estimating your basic metabolic level incorrectly, or some other sort of error, and you've actually reached maintenance weight for the calories you're consuming. If Sasha's suggestions don't help, you may need to adjust your calorie goal.
I'm not an expert, just my thoughts.

Thanks. On some days, I actually never reach my daily calorie goal. I have been using this since July and have lost 25 lbs. so far. I hit a plateau before, but it only lasted a week.

I plateau'd every 2 months for about 2 weeks. The trick is to not let it discourage you. At the end of the plateau, I would drop 4 or 5 pounds overnight. I have talked to others who had similar experiences. Keep at it.

Thanks Clifton. I weigh myself tomorrow so I will know if it's over or not.
