* Developing a new generation of leaders

HOW WE WORK

Love Honor Cherish is organized into four teams. Each team spearheads various projects like the ones below:

Media & Technology
- Produce printed materials (stickers, posters, etc.)
- Maintain online presence (website, Facebook, etc)
- Produce PSAs

Outreach
- Train and book speakers
- Liaison with other groups and communities
- Develop media contacts and write press releases and letters to the editor

Political actions
- Organize boycotts
- Organize visibility projects

Fundraising
- Organize fundraising events

Ballot Initiative
- Develop ballot language to repeal Prop 8
- Coordinate logistics to collect signatures

OUR HISTORY

Love Honor Cherish formed in May 2008 to work against Prop 8. We raised over half a million dollars for the No on 8 campaign but at the same time, also mounted our own separate outreach and media efforts, with a strong focus on speaking the truth about marriage and presenting diverse images of LGBT people and our families.
