Hi, I'm a Hannam Linton Global College student in S.Korea, I heard that both college join for MOU!! Actually I'm in USA for my Walt disney world internship and I'm almost done with wdw. This Dec. 6 I'm go back to S.Korea and I'll be a junior in my college. I'm really interested in this MOU with Lynchburg College but, ...I'm sufferd from lack of information. I need more specific information as much as possible. If those anyone available, would you mind send me more specific information about MOU with my college?

A German Film Festival commemorating the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall will be held November 5-9 at Lynchburg College. “The Wall” will feature three East German Films along with Das Wunder von Leipzig, a 2009 production about the peace marches in Leipzig that helped precipitate the end of the wall. Th...e film has never been shown in the U.S. outside the German Embassy.
A variety of lectures and a recital of German arts songs and arias will also highlight the festival, which is free and open to the public. All films have English subtitles and will be shown in Hopwood Hall.
Festival events include:
November 5: 7:30 p.m. - introduction by Dr. Brian Crim, assistant professor of history at Lynchburg College.
7:50 p.m. - film, Berlin—Ecke Schönhauser (Berlin – Schönhauser Corner)
November 6: 6:30 p.m. - lecture on Art in East Germany by Dr. Delane Karalow, LC assistant professor of art
7:30 p.m. - film, Spur der Steine (Traces of Stones)
November 7: 6:30 p.m. - lecture by Dr. Ole Diehl, Minister Counselor of the German Embassy in Washington, D.C.
7:30 p.m. - film, Der Schweigende Stern (The Silent Star)
November 9: 7 p.m. – recital of German art songs and arias by Schubert, Mahler, and Humperdinck performed by Jessica Burkey, mezzo-soprano and assistant professor of music at Lynchburg College, Snidow Chapel
8 p.m. - film, Das Wunder von Leipzig (The Miracle of Leipzig) with permission from broadview tv.
German refreshments will be served during the discussion period following each film.
