Marsden Media Lesson #3: When confronted by an unexpected challenge and no time to experiment, throw the camera on auto and see what it thinks might be best. Then, figure out what you'd do better. If you can't do better than the camera on auto....leave it there!
Marsden Media Lesson #2: Scoping out a site before an event is crucial, but it's hard to prepare for what a place will really look like once everybody actually gets there and takes their places.
Marsden Media We took about 2,500 photos this past weekend, with 1900 on the wedding day itself. So far, we've whittled that down to about 2,000 left to be edited. It was a great experience, and we've learned some crucial lessons. Lesson #1: when working on a photo team, be sure to have walkie-talkies on hand.
