We have water, I understand that 40% of California's water is spend on low income producting crops, including rice, cotton & pasture land. What is the specific plan?

I have often wondered why we dont use de-sal plants along the coast for additional water. I know Hawaii uses them, and the whole city of Cabo San Lucas relies totally on their de-sal plants for water. Why have we not looked into this??

I have been wondering about this for years. When I lived in Chicago they utilized a similar system off of Lake Michigan for fresh water.

My Personal Opinion to which I am entitled, and for which I served my country for over 15 years defending, is that she is entitled to a chance to run this State. It is the voters who will make the final decision. My choice is to support her in her effort to get elected and to hopefully get this State back on track. SOMEONE has to do it, if not her, then WHO?

Perhaps I'm wrong about this but... I seriously doubt there is much of a union presence in Silicon Valley, the heart of innovation and high technology.

Joe, I'm sure she would, right after she lifts the ban on dropping acid while flying a plane. You honestly think that is a bad law? Do you drive with your dog in your lap, while eating a burger, and reading the paper?

We need to bill back the countries of origin for their prisoners, students and health care costs. Similar to a child borrowing money and the parents securing the loan. These govt's need to be responsible for their citizens. The worst part is we are also giving many of these countries aid money. Deduct the expenses from the funds--give to the instiituitions that are actually supporting these people--the schools, hospitals and prisons.
