Jessica Having some big issues ordering an album with the remote studio...I already called customer service, and tried it again but it didnt work...After I create an album, I save it (it should save to the directory already determined) but when I go to order it, its no where to be found anywhere on my computer...I have done it 3 times, and nothing! Anyone have a similar problem?

Jessica, are you trying to go ahead and place an order of the album you built? Or edit it? Either way, if you open Remote Studio Albums and select either "Order Albums" or "Edit Albums", then find that album within the list, it should pull the design back up for you. If the album isn't showing up within that list in Remote Studio, I'll have CS give you a call to help. Thanks.

Okay, so after some major software issues, I got it to work, and I am uploading right now. It never gave me a cover option. I am ordering a 5x5 layflat album, and wanted the cardinal red leather...does it ask me after upload?

No, Jessica, it does not. You select your leather color on the page directly after selecting the product type (LayFlat). If you email CS with your order number relatively soon, they can probably make the change for you, since that is the last step in production.
