Ryan Geller

Ryan Geller I hope Millionaire will do a "Music Week". They've done TV and Movie weeks in the past and they have yet to do a music week. I'm great at music trivia and I just they do a music week when auditions start up again soon.

Who Wants to Be a Millionaire

Who Wants to Be a Millionaire There’s been one millionaire so far this season. Could any of these contestants become the next one? Don’t miss a moment, all week long.

What Dave said. The millionaire from this season is one that the show made and not someone who answered 15 questions and won. It would be nice to see a non-manufactured millionaire this season.

Andrew Jordan I won't take no for an answer. Still under some slight construction, this is my idea format for ABC should they revive the show for primetime.

Fred Byon Maybe we could restart the speculation...any chance ABC opts to bring the primetime version of Millionaire back to the lineup this coming summer? I somehow doubt they will bring it back for the rest of this winter or spring, given that they're pretty happy with "Dancing" and a number of other shows, but I can see them... pairing it up this summer with their recent game acquisition, "The Six." Plus, Regis should be back to normal by this summer, provided he does not have any further health issues...

eh, id say tat millionaire can be a fill in for the periods tat dancing with the stars isnt becuz after tense dancing moments, seeing somebody winning millions of dollars can really boost abc's ratings.

Andrew Jordan I have been wanting 2 announce since Sam Murray won the $1,000,000 that starting in 2010 (when Phone-a-Friend is removed) I will no longer be a fan of the daytime show and will be no longer following the show (but I will follow the primetime version if revived and with a format that I have been wishing them 2 use.) If u would like 2 know more, please comment.

I hate it bcuz it's both an original lifeline and truthfully, there are other options than Google for the friend to help. Plus, with the time limits inducted, it's the only thing that has managed for ppl 2 know something about the contestant.

My reason 4 leaving as a fan is bcuz the show has just outgrew me with all the changes and lack of winners and I would like 2 move on 2 anothr new phenomenon. The show has always been great with the way it can change lives of lower-class citizens and economically-struggled ppl...and it always will be. I'll miss the show, but its time 2 move on 4 me.

Who Wants to Be a Millionaire If you missed it the first time, here’s your chance to watch the Million-Dollar Tournament of Ten – Monday, 12/21-Friday, 1/1.

Chris Tenney

Chris Tenney ...But even with Sam Murray as our most-recent millionaire since Nancy Christy, we still need more! The Japanese are beating us! Do you know how many they have??

Timothy If you guys feel bored (or not) on the rerun of the Million-Dollar Tournament of Ten, you might want to check out the Japanese episode, aired on September 15 2009. It is the first episode with the clock format in Japan.

Thank you so much for sharing this! I think I like the Japanese clock format a lot more, actually. 3 minutes sounds more like what contestants should get for the high-value questions and really, 15 seconds isn't enough for even the lowest-level questions. Especially when 5 of those seconds usually go to reading the answers - I noticed in the video that the clock didn't start ticking until the host read all the answers.

In the first couple of seasons it was 30 multiple choice questions (apparently mid-to-higher level questions from the prime-time shows) to answer in ten minutes. There was a set but undisclosed passing score (somewhere around 26). AFAIK it hasn't changed much.
