Thomas Frank Novoselac

Thomas Frank Novoselac How about trading the No. 1 pick for Katie Smith and hiring the Shock coaching staff with Laimbeer, Mahorn, and Reeves? Nothing against Gillom. Smith, Augustus, and Wiggins on the same team, not to mention all the other players they have and the Lynx will win the championship. The Lynx should also ask to host the all-star game this year!

You guys would be much better off trading your number 1 pick to Connecticut for Lindsay Whalen. You need a better starting guard than Kelly Miller. You get Whalen, you become a championship calibre team immediately. You guys don't really need TIna Charles or Jayne Appel. You already have two excellent centers (Anosike & Hollingsworth). What you need is a really good starting point guard (Whalen).

Trevor How about getting a new head coach first, and then worry about who you are going to draft. Gillom was a joke last year. How many top draft picks does it take for this lousy team to make the playoffs. If the Lynx take Tina Charles, that means another great ex-uconn player will be coming to this team to DIE.

Um. We were kind of missing this girl named Simone Augustus last year...Gillom had us unbeaten until her injury.

Um, the Lynx were also doing good after Simone's injury until half way through the season, then it all fell apart. There was still enough talent on this team after Simone went down that they still should have made the playoffs. Gillom was an idiot. I've never seen a coach sub so much in my life. When a player was out there doing excellent, she'd ... Read Moretake her out. She played Charde at the wrong position all year resulting in the opposing player being all over her. She was too short playing the position she was in. She still scored but she would have been much better defensively if she were at the 4 spot. Rediculous. You can't coach like that. I've coached. I could do a much better job than that idiot.

Bryan Ok, I changed my mind. After doing a statistical comparison and seeing the massive difference in assist numbers, I'd definitely prefer Jayne Appel.

That would be awsome if you picked Appel. That way, the Sun could trade a couple of guards to Sacramento for Tina Charles. Sac doesn't need a center, they need guards but I'm sure they will still take either Charles or Appel.

Hope not. The Lynx are a good team with a bad coach. They don't need an over the hill injury proned player that has only another year left in her.

Yeah, I have to wonder, how many top draft picks does it take for the Lynx to make the playoffs? What they need is a good head coach and dump that joke Jennifer Gillom.
