    Grilled lamb-burgers tonight. 2 lbs gr. lamb, 2 tblsp fresh chopped dill, 1 tblsp fresh chopped rosemary, 2 tblsp lemon juice, 1/2 red onion chopped fine, 1/2 small container greek yogurt, lil' white wine, garlic salt, crushed feta, mixed & formed into paties. Grilled til pink. Served on ciabatta rolls w/ a yougut, red onion, dill, lemon juice dressing.
    Thinking I'll just go with a chilled white, greek wine over ice as the drink.

    The newer set of Dad's , cocktail ingredients baffle scientists , frequently return drinks because they're too strong , very specific ice needs , ..frozen , clear and cold just don't measure up any longer .

    Dad's of yesteryear ...1950's , drank cocktails made with 3 ingredients tops , one usually being bourbon used whatever ice was available .

      • Matt Vaccarello I'm having a High Ball right now. Years ago, that could be anything from a 7/7 to Bourbon and Ginger Ale. Mine is the latter, Wild Turkey and Canada Dry. And regular ice. I just hope a fight doesn't break out between the mixers over Neil Young.
