I received my first book a few weeks ago, and there was an error in printing. I was told that my book would be reprinted, but after numerous emails to your company over the last 10 days, I have received no response. I loved the book, but I am very frustrated that I cannot receive any support. Is there a phone number... that I can call to speak with a member of management? I have several other projects I need to complete prior to my wedding, but based on my experiences I am considering using another company. I'm hoping that this is a fluke, and that my issue can be resolved appropriately.

Hi - I love your website but have a question.. after finishing a book when we click on share or email to a friend, the link the person receives has all the details that I can see when I am logged into my account, i.e. comments, related books, text content in the book etc. Is there no way that the person can just see th...e flash of the book?
I send books to people to view and in this case it is possible to copy paste text, which is personal.
Would appreciate it if there's some sort of a solution to this..

Fatimah Hooked on Mixbook, but have a question. I have a passion for traveling and currently working on my Japan book. However, I didn't notice any oriental themed layouts, backgrounds, and/or stickers. Was wondering if you folks were considering adding that. I know you have a travel and Europe theme, but nothing of the orient/Asia. Thanks much!

I wanted to know how we can use a photo as a full page background image, then reduce its opacity so that it becomes a background image; I know how to do this. But I want to add a few pics on this background now, but it doesn't happen, when I drag the pic it drops into the complete page replacing the background image.
Please can u tell me what to do?
