The charges by airlines get more out of line all the time. Between charging for a seat (if you want window or aisle you pay more), checking a bag, something to eat & then holiday surcharges, it is probably cheaper to drive to your destination!

They're doing what they can to stay in business, or at least it seems to be their mindset. Whatever happened to treating people like valued customers instead of a cattle train? We're so dependent now on it for transportation that they can do whatever they choose. It's sad!
