Mobile DTV Mobile Digital Television technology is bringing the small screen back. Viewing options have evolved slowly from the 1950s small black and white images to today’s incredible large screen digital high definition broadcast images. Now the small screen has returned and is able to “reach the consumer where they are rather ...than have them go somewhere to access content." In fact, some broadcasters see incremental revenue of more than $2 billion after 2012 with mobile DTV.

During this session experts involved in every aspect of Mobile DTV, including broadcasters, transmission equipment manufacturers and consumer product vendors will explore the challenges and progress of Mobile DTV. The panel will be moderated by Anne Schelle, Executive Director of the Open Mobile Video Coalition.
