Ana i need some advice and i'd like to ask whoever has gone through it or knows anything about it...i have been on anti depressants and benzodiazepines for almost 2 years now. i feel like i should stop them, i dont wanna take them anymore, but i don...t know if thats the best option. doctors dont seem very helpful, my last... one prescribed me a different med 4 days ago and it made me go back to a total mess in my mind, cant stay focused. went back to the one i was taking but feel really depressed today, plus im really going to that stupid silly bottom where i just dont know what to do at all. i know the pills cant compare to God, but i cant precisely tell if He is telling me to stop and rely on Him or to keep taking them as its His will. can someone help please? im so confused. x thank you.
