Lynn and I saw a show about fishing and polution of the ocean and it is quite surprising what really is happening. It is something that will open eyes. Buy and use as much as possible a few material made bags. Recycle your plastic ones, usually back to the store if your street recycling garbage system will not take them. These are good starts. :)

Climate change IS real--that is man cause is improbable. The globe has had climate change far before humans were around and will continue to have it. Remember the panic not too long ago with the global cooling. Politics, the media and redistribution of wealth drive this false premise

Chef Rick Moonen's delicious recipe for 'chicken-fried' catfish features a crispy, buttermilk batter studded with scallions, dill, lemon zest and chile paste. He recommends serving the catfish with an herb tartar sauce, sliced tomatoes and a zingy Asian coleslaw. It makes wonderful sandwiches, too.
