If you have 45 earned credit hours, have you applied to graduate?

If not, the process is easy. The deadline to submit a Graduation Application for spring graduation has been extended to December 1!

Please visit the following link to download the application form for graduation:

http://www.montgomerycollege.edu/admissions/StudentForms/grad.pdf

This deadline will allow for an official degree evaluation to take place before your last opportunity to register for spring classes. You may print an unofficial degree evaluation by clicking on “Degree Evaluation” under Student Quick Links on the My MC home page:

mymc.montgomerycollege.edu

Download MC’s Graduation Application, fill it out, and meet with an Academic Counselor or Advisor to determine if you are eligible to apply for graduation in an upcoming term. Then, submit your completed graduation application to the Office of Admissions and Records for processing.
If you are thinking about dropping a course from your schedule, remember to check the deadline to drop with a “W” grade in MyMC. There are different deadlines for each class! To view these deadlines:
- Log-in to MyMC
- Click on View Drop Date Deadlines
- If you decide to drop a class, you can avoid the $10 Schedule Change fee by logging into MyMC instead of dropping in person.

Don’t forget to consult the Final Exam Schedule to see when your finals will be held.

If you have any questions about these topics, please contact the Office Admissions & Records at (240) 567-5000 or response@montgomerycollege.edu.
Do you have a family member, friend, or neighbor who works at a federal agency? Are you an alumni of MC that works at a federal agency?

If so, we wanted let you know about an easy way for you to help Montgomery College students. Just participate in the Combined Federal Campaign of the National Capital Area by making your gift to the Montgomery College Foundation – our CFC number is 88163.

The Combined Federal Campaign is an annual opportunity for federal employees to make charitable gifts supporting organizations of their choice. Gifts to the Montgomery College Foundation go directly to student scholarships and programs. You can easily help someone realize their educational dreams with your gift.
If you have any questions, please contact Kathy Stevens, Annual Fund Director, at 240-567-4108 or kathy.stevens@montgomerycollege.edu.
