We think it's a bug once you enter your zip code, before you actually check out. Like Lee said, it for sure works when you go all the way through the process. We're working on a fix, so hopefully this will go away soon! LTM Lola

Lauren, we've been selling the BPA free ones for over a year now, so unfortunately we aren't able to exchange those any more. I still use my BPA Nalgenes though (I think the BPA free ones taste funny). Sorry to be so mean about it and I'm sure I ruined your day. LTM Lola
