This is a promotion we are undertaking with Fitness First to help us all kick start a healthy 2009. If you sign up to take the 2L challenge at www.wellofpositivity.com you can get a free 3 day pass to Fitness First
All you need to do is take 3 labels from any ‘Mount Franklin’, ‘PUMP’ or ‘PUMPED’ bottle to your closest Fitness First gym – that’s a pretty easy way to keep those New Year’s Resolutions!

Spread the word! The Sydney Pink Ribbon Motorcycle Ride is on again - this is a great event for motorbike / scooter riders to raise awareness and funds for Breast Cancer research on behalf of the Cancer Council NSW.

My question is: "How to return a malfunctioning body into a healthy one. If "Disease & Cancer thrive in an ACIDIC environment" ... "Why not eat to become more ALKALINE"? This is what I aim to do between now and Xmas. My plan is to: [Eat 60% fresh fruit (preferably organic) & vegetables (mainly raw), 20% carbs & 20% ...protein = Recipe to become more alkaline]. Hi,
My friend and I are very confused as to how the bottled water gets from the spring to the bottle. Is there a tap that runs between the two and someone at the factory just stand there filling up bottles?
If you could please explain the bottling process that would be greatly appreciated.
Oh and are there tours of the mt franklin factory?

Melinda Cook Do you think we buy bottled water because of the brand? Why do we choose one brand over the other - is it the taste, cost or because the bottles look pretty? I personally love Mount Franklin due to a combination of these.
