Hi all, I'm from Ravenna, Italy. I love the U.S. and California in particular.I would like to try out an experiment: usually when you are on vacation you are on a rush trying to see all the tourist places.
With your help, and a digital camera, I would like to see what you can call "places from a normal life"; street, r...esidential zones, restaurants, coffee bars, shops, shopping centers and all kind of place which you like and that represent a normal way of life.
If you like I could do the same thing for you (even if I think that Ravenna is a much less interesting place than the Bay Area).
As said this is only an experiment but maybe one day (hopefully not so far in time) I'll relocate in the U.S. (I'm an american citizen too).
This should be a good way to convince my wife to live there for awhile as I can't stand leaving in Italy any more and even to improve my really poor English.
So that's it. Feel free to contact me if you think that this should be fun for you.

Kathy Flores-Zachman I have not lived in Mtn. View for a while, but does anyone remember "Fargo's Pizza" in the Old Mill, and La Posada, also in the Old Mill? Those were some great times there :-)
