Tim McBrayer I would love to win the free year of MozyHome but I'll gladly pay the 2 year price if I can find out if Mozy has no limitations as to the size of the file folders that I would want to back up using Mozy. Some of my files hold a lot of video and photos and are quite large. At one time there was a limit. Also, does Mozy work OK with PPC Macs running the latest version of OS X?

Still completely ticked at the level of "service". My problem has not yet been fixed and I have tried to get info on a refund which is no where on your site. Months of problems and now 14 days without being able to backup.
There is always someone different that answers emails and that person has no clue of the hsitro...y and does not answer the questions. I want ONE PERSON to take care of my problems so I can get my refund and delete my account.

There have been numerous issues with my Mozy Home backups within the past few months. I keep getting "transfered" to a new CS person, all of whom have been polite just not very helpful in fixing the problems and it is VERY time consuming.
Each issues eventually gets fixed (after several hours of stuff that I have to d...o) and then something similar or same happens again a few weeks later. This past issue I was asked to do several things and none of them fixed the problems.
I have statedseveral times that this is THE LAST problem I will have with MOZY. I wrote last week that if the problem is not FIXED FOR GOOD by end of today I am cancelling my account and getting a refund of services. I was then transfered to a "Level 2" support person on Friday and was FINALLY CONTACTED only this morning.To makeit WORSE the "level 2 support " has NOT LOOKED AT the history of my problem from last week and wants me to do everythignall over again. NOT ACCEPTABLE !!!Read More
