Lots of factors make a difference in what your actual cost will be, such as in-state vs. out of state tuition, how many years it takes you, etc. A base line would be $6,272 per year for tuition at the in-state rate. Other costs like books & housing vary depending on what classes you are in, and where you choose to live.

On campus you can check out the Haunted Lab that the Forensic Science Club puts on. It's on the 4th floor of O'Kelly, Oct 29, 30 & 31, 4-7:30pm, $4 pp. UPC has a free movie in the Union Lecture Bowl on Saturday from 9-midnight and there are all kinds of Halloween themed Night Life activities going on Friday and Saturday... check out the poster for... As far as greater GF activities I know that the Empire Arts Center downtown shows the cult classic "Rocky Horror Picture Show" this weekend. It's an interactive movie, so there is lots of audience participation. Here's their site for details: http://www.empireartscenter.com/
