Sorry some folks are having problems with the new edition of MYFamily. We love it and especially the loop on the front page. I am now linkede to two family sites and find moving from on to the other so easy. However, we did upgrade when the previous version was put up and now that we are on the most recent one we se...em to be getting limited photo upload and popup ads again. Perhaps it's just that we need to upgrade again but that's a a matter for my daughter in law in US as they don't seem to be able to recognise my English Amex card. Christina One of my family recently added photos to an existing album. When I look at the album they are there, but when I pin the album to the home page the new photos don't show up, only the pre-existing ones. What's the problem?

Yesterday, I sent a very detailed message to MyFamily support explaining that I couldn't get into any of my MyFamily sites, (3 free and 1 paid) and asked why there can't be a universal login for ALL of them. The reply I got from Ryan was short and asked me to call them. CALL? What kind of answer is that? All they have ...to do is look at the information I sent, and tell me how to get into each one, one at a time or universally. Kim Fletcher I'm new concerned about the fact that I can not enlarge the text as I once could. Some of my members need to be able to enlarge and can not. But I do see that the new version is working out more and more of the bugs each day, which makes me think they might add back a few of these items most desired. One can only hope.
Lori Bethel We have the original 1.0 version of myfamily site. Seriously thinking of migrating up to the newer version. Are the old news/photos coming up when you migrate to newer site? Otherwise would like some of the newer features, but sort of scared of change also. Is it more difficult to run as an administrator?

We *were* happy myfamily users since 2003. We recently upgraded our site from 1.0 pretty much straight to 2.5. This is the list of our problems/issues.
1. Unable to organize discussions, they are all lumped together. Error messages when trying to categorize as "recipes" or "reviews" etc.
2. Can't see who has viewed pho...tos, discussions, etc.
3. Administrators can't help with password resets.
4. "New features" promised but never panned out: such as voice mail, slide shows...
5. Having to do double entries of birthdays, anniversarys in both profile and calendar.
6. Gift lists are gone
7. Can't attach links/photos to posts
8. Polls gone
I have emailed these concerns to customer support, and only get back a very *unhelpful* "thanks, we'll pass it along." My last few email have just been unanswered. What's going on at myfamily?Read More

Jo A Hattix I would like to know how to update he family name that appears on the website.
Mike Murphy I'd like to "re-invite" members to the new 2.0 site, especially members who have not logged on in a long time. It was easy to do in 1.0 but how is this possible in 2.5?
