I don't think she was making fun of his creations and as someone who has worked with a lot of runway collections, a lot of designers put things on the runway for show but... never actually produce them because real people have to wear them! Buyers have to buy them and right now... THAT is tough! A lot of those crazy pieces end up in video or on fashion pages in magazines.

Below is a map showing a large number of wineries along Highway 29 just north of downtown Napa. As you can see, there are many, many wineries in very close proximity to each other along this stretch, and most of them are perfect for large group wine tasting. You can also drive along Silverado Trail which runs paralle...l to 29 just to the east which also has quite a few wineries along it. Rutherford Grill is a local favorite for its amazing food, but beware its always busy. Take it from a local.Read More

Hi,
I am doing research for my Masters and I desperately need some help.
I need to organize a wine tasting/cellar visit in Napa Valley for a group of people. This will be their first experience.

What I am looking for is:
- I need to identify 2 wineries in Napa Valley and fairly close to each other so that the group would... be able to visit both in an afternoon.

- ONE of the wineries needs to be modern - i.e. cater to a more youthful population. I thought of Francis Coppola Winery 'cause I read up on Sofia Coppola's "wine-in-a-can" but I don’t really know where this winery is situated, nor if its worth the visit. The winery doesn’t have to be Francis Coppola's Winery at all! The most important is that it has modern facilities and/or activities that would appeal to a younger population. (21-30 years).

Any help would be greately appreciated and a note of gratitude would be placed on my thesis.
Thanks, Carla
