Hi Dwayne! You are right, the exhibit will be on view from November 6th until February 14th however the official opening is being held on Thursday evening. So be sure to come on out for a sneak peak!

Jungen says that one of the best ways to get people to look at artwork is to create it out of materials that they recognize. So Jungen uses everything from basketball sneakers, to plastic chairs to create work inspired by Native American culture.

You have to see his work in person to truly appreciate it, Wonderful and witty. finally the art world is accepting Optimus Prime and Darth Vader as legitimate sources of inspiration. (not kidding, show in Montreal had that info up on the wall!)

The only Jungen that we have on display at the moment is "Vienna" but she has a room all to herself and is spectacular!
