Lynn Lee Our Drowsy Driving Awareness event on I 95 MD was successful. We had the Hightway sign lit up and gave away over 300 cups of coffee and lots of information on the warnings signs and safeguards for travelers who may be driving drowsy. We made an impact and hopefully saved lives. In memory of Nicole Michelle Lee www.love4nicki.com

"Healthy sleep has been empirically proven to be the single most important determinant in predicting longevity, more important than diet, exercise or heredity..." - William C. Dement, MD, PhD.

For more than a decade, Lynn Larson has been Director of the American Sleep Research Institute or ASRI, a leading research fac...ility that studies sleep normalcy and demonstrates the many important physical and mental benefits of sleep. The ASRI seal of approval certifies that a mattress was tested and approved by the American Sleep Research Institute. "If you're going to tell consumers that they need to experience quality sleep, then you have to know first hand what that is." explains Lynn.

A Nikken Kenko Naturest Sleep System combines a number of revolutionary features designed to help you experience the processes of physical and mental recharging that form the basis of sleep.

No other product or system has ever brought together this unique set of technologies and materials, hat are intended to make your surroundings more naturally conducive to healthy, restful sleeping.

Fall is undeniably a great time of year for sleep enthusiasts because there's nothing better than gaining an hour of sleep. You might also find that it hurts a lot less than when you lose an hour in the spring, according to a new study in the Journal of Applied Psychology.

A lot of people probably don't realize how bad their sleep habits are. I ignored it for years and now use a CPAP machine. It is life changing in several ways: more rest, more energy, lowered my BP, and hopefully will help in losing weight.

Millions of Americans will roll their clocks back one hour this weekend for the return to Standard Time. But as clocks move back and we wake on Sunday morning, after "gaining" an extra hour of the day, will Americans use that extra hour to catch up on sleep?
