North Dakota State University Bookstore We will be holding a Pop the Balloon Sale on Tuesday, Nov. 3rd in the MU! Pick out your purchases, go to the cash register, the cashier will pop your balloon, and you will receive a discount off of your entire purchase!! Regular exclusions apply, the discounts are from 20% to 80%. You must make your purchase BEFORE you pop your balloon. One day only!!
