i would assume no, because of world online being a pc exclusive (Shift was orignanlly going to only be ps3/x360, but they had to make it for pc) Nitro the Wii and DS exclusive, so now the no named but annouced 4th need for speed from E3 will 80% be a PSP exlcusive.
