What the hell is up with people spraying the ant colonies at their camp sites? Its not your freakin home, its theirs. If you don't like them, move to a different spot... Leave the ant control to the rangers - you have no idea what kind of affect spraying will have on the environment.. ie poisoning an animal who eats ants. There are always other ways to keep them out of your food and tent that dont involve a massacre.
