I HAVE A 2 BEDROOM, 2 FULL BATHROOM APARTMENT FOR RENT. 1,000+ SQUARE FEET WITH A FIREPLACE AND BACK WINDWO VIEW OF A LAKE. THIS IS A GATED APARTMENT COMMUNITY RIGHT ON SOUTHSIDE BLVD. EXACTLY 6.4 MILES AWAY FROM UNF. MY ROOMMATE AND I ARE LEAVING THE APARTMENT COMPLEX AND MOVING TO A HOUSE. WE NEED SOMEONE TO TAKE OVER OUR LEASE. WE LIVE ON THE SECOND FLOOR OF OUR APARTMENT AND THE COMMUNITY IS GREAT.. THE APARTMENT HAS A FULL KITCHEN SET (FRIDGE, STOVE, MIRCROWAVE, AND WISHWASHER) (IT ALSO COME WITH A WASHER AND DRYER FOR YOUR CLOTHING) THE RENT IS 1,004 A MONTH NOT INCLUDING UTILITIES. WE REALLY NEED TO MOVE OUT AND HAVE SOMEONE TAKE OVER OUR LEASE. THE LEASE ENDS IN DECEMBER BUT YOU CAN ALWAYS RENEW IT COME DECEMBER. AS AN INCENTIVE TO TAKE OVER THE LEASE WE ARE GIVING $150 TO THE PERSON WHO TAKES OVER THE LEASE. :) YOU CAN MOVE IN BETWEEN THE MIDDLE OF JULY OR BEGINNING AUGUST
