I think i figured out who they are,it's that in between jobs homeless dude and his family that stands on the freeway off ramp getting hundreds of dollars a day,guess the cold spell took it's toll and they decided to do this until it got warmer.
Sorry to say tho the nice weather is suppose to change back in a day or 2...hmmmm...do you think it's the Global Warming freaks who havn't been able to complain about the heat and decided to do this until it got hotter?.
