Funk, soul, blues, gospel and much much more! Craig Charles on Saturdays 1800 - 2100

Feels like it's been awhile since we've been in the US. We're glad to be heading back starting 11/4 in Charlottesville, VA at the Outback Lodge. From there we'll be hitting some of our favorite spots including the Bowery Ballroom in NY, The 8x10 in MD and the Bear Creek Music Festival...

The New Mastersounds ...and here's a poster for the festival we're playing in Madrid the weekend after Bear Creek. The Haggis Horns are also on the bill - proper dweebs will know these are the guys who used to be in the NMS line-up from 1999-2002, and on the first album. Sam Bell (guest on Pure; The Tin Drum; Kuna Matata; Live at La Cova) is playing congas with them - I smell an on-stage reunion...

The New Mastersounds Off to Italy tomorrow for our first run of gigs there since March 2007. Treviso, Bologna, then Modena (Balsamic vinegar, anyone?) Here's a little preview just posted by our friends at Record Kicks in Milano. x Si
