Trying New Recipes I love cookbooks and a book club is the best way to get them cheap....but I don't want books auto-shipped that I don't want. This club lets you get 4 cookbooks for $1 each and NO AUTO-SHIP. It's the best deal going by a mile!

I make a big stock pot full when I make em but i make the dumplins from scratch I cook a 4lb chicken in water til it falls apart then debone...I then get a large mixing bowl and put about 2/3 of a 5lb bag of flour,salt,pepper,2 eggs and enough broth to make it the consistency of biscuit mix..I roll the mix out to about 1/8 in and cut pieces androp it in the boiling broth after all dumplins are in turn down heat to med and cook for about 20 minutes stirring regularly it is good
